The Italia room is located on the second floor (no elevator) is large spacious with a double bed and two single beds. Suitable for families, it accommodates up to 4 people. It has a private bathroom, but it is not located inside the room, in fact you have to cross the common room to access it. It has a small balcony overlooking Via XX Settembre, one of the main pedestrian streets on the island. Independent air conditioning (hot/cold) and 40" LCD TV.

This unique place has a style all its own. Cute and elegant, the apartment's flagship is the possibility of using an infrared sauna, located in the private courtyard with an attached bathroom, and the hot tub inside the bedroom.
