The cottage at Lønstrup was built in 1986. It is a well-maintained and cozy cottage, tastefully decorated and located on a large, southwest sloping natural plot. The plot is surrounded by large trees that provide good shelter from the west wind and create many play opportunities for children. The cottage is located in the middle of the magnificent nature by the North Sea. A small path leads from the house over the dunes to the North Sea, a walk of about 10 minutes, where you will find some of Denmark's most beautiful beaches.

The cottage, which is located in the 1st row by the North Sea north of Lønstrup, is extremely well appointed with views of the sea on 3 sides of the house. There is about 40 sqm. of terrace around the house, where there is plenty of opportunity to find shelter. There is about 900 meters to Lønstrup Town on a path along the water and fantastic beaches within a few minutes' walk. Lønstrup is known as Little Skagen because of its many galleries and atmosphere. There are good shopping opportunities and a café environment.

It is furnished with living room (double sofa bed), kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and loft. The apartment is suitable for 4 people and is about 45m2. There is a delicious south-west facing terrace/patio with outdoor furniture. The location is great for those who want to enjoy Løkken's charming city life, while staying in a very quiet environment. Pets are not allowed.

There is a sofa bed that turns into a nice double bed in 2 minutes as well as a loft with room for two.

This exclusive house is built with respect for nature, so it fits perfectly into the unique surroundings. You can even enjoy the view of the North Sea's blue waters and roaring waves, because the beach is only a few hundred meters away.
