The house has an entrance hall, bathroom/toilet with sauna, bedroom and a large kitchen/living room with alcoves. From the living room there is access to a nice large loft. The house has air conditioning and a wood-burning stove. Annex contains room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as loft and alcove.

The beautiful Faxe Bay and Noret just outside the house set the scene for a wonderful place. The house was voted the winner of the program Denmark's most beautiful cottage on DR1 (2014). The well-appointed 50 m2, with up to 4 m to the ceiling, is perfect for a couple - but is also ideal for a family with 2-3 children. All year round, you can swim in the "Svenskerhullet" and Roneklint and the small fine island Maderne, which is owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. The apartment for rent is 37 m2 and is located on the 1st floor of the Old Technical School in downtown Nysted - 200 m from the harbor. Nysted has a nice beach with a swimming pier – there is also the possibility of a sauna visit. The apartment contains 1 bedroom with a double bed, dining table and chairs. There is TV and internet. The kitchen has a refrigerator, oven and stove. Toilet/bathroom with shower. Hairdryer The apartment is close to Nysted Church, and if you stand on your toes, there is a sea view.
