New 4k LG TV with Netflix access. Opposite Common. Lovely green/tree views all around across big front and huge rear garden. Host lives in the same 3 flat Victorian building for immediate assistance. Secure gated access. Good amenities, shops, cafe's and supermarket within 2 minutes walk.
