You’ll love my place because of the beautiful decor & stunning views: it is quiet yet has a superb central location on a leafy private road. Full of light with 3 bedrooms & 3 terraces, including a beautiful south-facing terrace on the top floor with panoramic, park-like views. The neighbourhood is arty with lots of cafes, close to the tube, hampstead heath & primrose hill. It has 2 bathrooms, open plan kitchen plus a dining area/library: good for couples, adventurers, business people & artists.

Bright, light industrial workshop

Windows on three sides, three large to the north and two smaller to the south. All have privacy film, and privacy blinds as well as black out blinds (window curtain of the kitchen is not totally blackout). The windows are in the most part single glazed Crittal, so from a sound point of view we are lucky to be located at a quiet back water just a five minute walk from the buzz of the centre of Shoreditch - but still, if a group of adults were to pass by singing at 2am you might hear them.
