“Our stay at Jen’s was phenomenal! Jen is possibly the sweetest person we met on our entire trip! She ran to the apartment to make sure we had the prettiest plants for our stay. It was such a cute touch. Jen provided us with plenty of information for check in. We were able to do a self check in and met with Jen later on. Although she provided very thorough information about the apartment and the neighborhood (she has a super cute map that doubles as artwork in the Airbnb that is very helpful), Jen still stopped by the apartment to make sure we didn’t have any questions and to make sure we had everything we needed. I had questions about dropping off luggage before check in because our flight to London arrived very early. Jen was incredibly helpful and very accommodating with this. Jen’s place is walking distance to London Bridge Tube stop where one can take the train to and from Gatwick Airport. This was helpful for us! The location of the airbnb is walking distance to many major sites/places to eat (Tower Bridge, Borough Market, etc.) but there is also a nearby tube stop that connects you easily to other sites (Westminster, London Eye, etc.). Upstairs there was 1 clean and spacious bedroom (easily sleep two people) and a very cute bathroom. Downstairs there is a pretty large, bright kitchen and a spacious living room that has this amazingly large couch (which pulls out) that could easily sleep three people. Although we didn’t get to use the kitchen because we ate outside for most of our meals, the kitchen seemed to be equipped with everything we would need to cook (we were so happy to find soy sauce in the kitchen for our late night Chinese food haha). There is a thermostat to control the heat in the apartment which was really nice. The neighborhood is a huge plus as we felt the tourist attractions were close but there was a local vibe to it as well (supermarkets. etc.). I HIGHLY recommend staying here and would DEFINITELY stay here again! Don’t regret missing out on this place! :)”
My place is close to the city centre, restaurants and dining, parks, art and culture, great views. The sofas are in the living room. They are very comfortable and one of the sofas opens and it is a double bed 193cm long and there is a TV you can watch. Kitchen is next to the living room in case you want a tea or coffee. You'll have privacy after everyone goes to bed before 10.30pm. Each additional person will be £11 extra. Bed linen and towels will be provided.
“Isabel is great host, very welcoming and friendly. They have a lovely home in a great location easy communication. Would recommend to anyone looking for a quiet spot close to all the city has to offer.”
Confi room in a clean and comfortable house. 15 minutes to central London. 24 hours buses on the door.
“It was so nice and clean, carlos was nice to be nice throughout the trip! The best thing is that the house smells so good ... it was so neat and so nice! The location is a bit far from the centre, but it's still near the 1st zone vauxhall station! In fact, there is a bus stop right in front of me, so I only took a bus. Unless you're in the middle of the streets of Kings Cross or Soho, you'll be on a bus or subway anyway! Actually, the dormitory and the private rooms here are similar in cost, so I'm sure this is a better choice. There are similar buildings all around, so if you go to the postal code on Google Map, you can go easily! I was lost on the first day ...”
