The upper two floors of Furnis Villa, a 150 year old detached three storey sandstone house centrally located in a quiet three house cul-de-sac. Recently renovated and furnished to a high standard. Very comfortable to live in and ideal for a few nights or a longer stay. The entrance is at the rear and accessed along the alleyway to the left of the property (NOT the ground floor front door). The house is well located for Elgin town centre which is a 10/15 min walk.2 parking spaces are provided. It’s a home from home with new decked outdoor seating at the rear. Gas central heating. 2 double beds, kitchen including air fryer , bathroom. Please check the house rules, additional information for any questions you might have which might help when looking to book. Distilleries all a short drive . Glen Moray distillery a 10 minute walk .
