Situated just 3 minutes stroll from the harbour and 8 minutes to the beach with fantastic restaurants, pubs & shops all within walking distance. All your needs are catered for within the cottage with 2 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, dining table seats for 4, home from home living area. For those rainy days we have a selection of games, books and DVDs.

Steep steps up to the property so unsuitable for frail elderly guests. Whilst you can unload directly outside the property there is free parking at the bottom of the road.

Self-contained apartment ~ sea view + free parking

Little Brightwater is an easy 15 min. walk from the harbour along the beautiful seafront. It’s a cosy, self-contained 2-storey guest suite, like a little cottage, attached to the side of our house, with its own front door. There’s a sea glimpse from the bedroom & a great sea view from the sitting room. It’s just 100 yards from the SW Coast Path (& right opposite Looe Island) in Hannafore, which is a very peaceful & sought-after area of Looe. There’s free parking on our street, close by.

The decoration is to a high standard a contemporary style with modern appliances throughout there is a decking area to the back of the property steps down , amazing views if the suns shining it’ll be with you all day🌞
