Lovely, big house with swimming pool, big terraces and large garden. Perfect for 1 or 2 couples/families who want to relax. The std rate is for max 7 persons, but we will allow 10 (ask price). Quiet area. The house is located in Alburquerque about 15 min (13 km) from Tagbilaran City. The plot borders the sea! Built 2012. 30 minutes from Panglao/Alona/Airport and close to all Bohol's touristspots. 3 bedrooms with A/C, 3 bathrooms with shower (2 with HOT water). 220 sqm. Very clean pool. Welcome!

Complete kitchen. 3 airconditioned sleepingrooms with king and queen beds (luxe boxsprings). Bathroom with bowl, toilet, warm water shower. On request boat for island hopping only 3 minuts walk, ask caretaker for availability. 3 minutes with trycycle to Alona beach. Going to Alona you pass by lot of restaurants and bars. During your stay the caretaker can always assist you.
