Sisu Cabin - arctic luxury near the city center

Partially underground eco-chamber

A unique property on the shore of the lake, completed in 2021. Here you can enjoy the silence and the magnificent scenery in the middle of nature. The property has disposable dishes, a kettle, a microwave, a toaster and a mini fridge. Only ready meals can be enjoyed at the property. Airport 16 km, nearest shop 13 km, Rovaniemi city center 17 km. In winter you can walk on the ice of the lake. The neighbors' yards are private. There is also a lean-to/fireplace on the beach for guests. You can see the northern lights on the shore of the lake on the ice.

Riverside Dream Apartment

Welcome to enjoy your holiday in Rovaniemi and be our guest. Cozy 50m2 apartment of a familyhouse by a river: Kitchen, livingroom with sleeping loft, bathroom, balcony, underground sauna and jacuzzi (extra price), barbecue and parking place. There are four beds (one double and two singles) and if necessary baby's bed. Apartment is located in a peacefull familyhouse area and it takes 5 min drive and 20 min walk to city center. Supermarket is very close also (2 min drive and 10 min walk).

Lapland cabin by a lake

This small, traditional, Lappish, log cabin is located right at lake Norvajärvi shore, only 25 meters to the water. Enjoy the lake view and forest around you, immerse to the nature and its sounds and smells and marvel the northern lights or cosy up by the open fire in winter. We are 20km from Rovaniemi city, apprx 30min drive with no street lights. Cabin has electricity but no running water. We bring you drinking water and washing water in sauna is taken from the sweet water lake.

Ternu Forestvilla

You can enjoy the nature and scenery to the river during your stay. While you are enjoying the sauna or outdoor jacuzzi, you might have chance to see the northern lights. This mini house can accommodate 4 people comfortably but we have beds even for 6. It has full kitchen and living room with windows facing river, sauna, shower, toilet and two bedrooms with big windows facing the forest. Outside it has two spacious terrace's, one with jacuzzi. The building has just been completed.

Kultasärkkä

Charming cottage with all the amenities on a large plot. The distance to the center of Rovaniemi is only about 25 km. The distance to Santa Claus Village or the airport is also about 25 km. No public transport. The roads are well maintained even in winter. The cottage is easy to get to. If you wish, transportation can be arranged by Mercedes Benz Vito car for an additional fee. This unique new build lodge is located only 15- minute drive from Rovaniemi city center. Lodge has two single beds and one queen sized bed. It comes with modern and equipped kitchen, bathroom and a private sauna. What makes our lodge unique is private northern lights viewing point with own fireplace. We have renovated the cottage in summer and fall 2019&2022 for your better use. Here you can feel the Finnish cottage culture and enjoy the peace of nature and silence.
