HAPPY SOLO SEASIDE STUDIO

Small seaside, independent garden room with private bathroom for one person. Just a 5 minutes walk from the beach and a 10 minutes cycle from shops and restaurants. Private entrance and use of back garden terrace. A bicycle is available free of charge. There is Wifi, small fridge, ,electric kettle , coffee machine and microwave. Please note that there is no kitchen or tv. Bus stop nearby. I am an English speaker and live just beside the studio . Main house and studio location seen on photo 14.

On the ground floor on the garden, in the quiet of a luxury residence, very beautiful T2 totally renovated open to a large terrace overlooking the sea. Enclosed private garage in the basement. But, forget the car! the beach is in direct access, restaurants, beachfront bars and the casino are 100 m away, and shops are 300 m away. A coastal trail leads to other beaches. 1 bedroom (bed 2 adults) + 1 sofa bed (1 child). Furnished kitchen (Four-MO-LV-Phooking-clean-cleaner), washer-dryer-TV-box.

A small stone house in the old village of Kerzellec on the Chemin des Peintres. Everything is designed to help you relax in peace between the waves 500 meters away at the end of the road and the birdsong. You will be charmed by this old 18th century bread oven, completely restored for a stay in the heart of Pouldu where everything is done on foot: (in season) bakery, restaurants, bars, grocery store, all surrounded by six beaches, each as charming and different from each other.

T2 Larmor center apartment 100m from the beach

Ideally located, the apartment is on the 2nd floor of a small residence in the middle of Larmor-Plage. Restaurants, shops, services and especially beaches, everything is walkable immediately. The home is cleaned and disinfected between each rental. Do you have any bikes ? A cellar is available to store them. At your request, we can make available a cot. You come by train... the apartment is accessible by bus directly from the train station.

Welcome to my apartment with a magnificent sea view. It consists of a large terrace, a pleasant bright living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a bedroom with a 160 cm bed. The apartment is located in Lomener, on the 1st floor of a quiet condominium and has a private parking space. The beach and coastal paths are at the foot of the building, as are shops and restaurants. Possibility to make bikes and paddles available!
