The Oregon Landing is a 1939 cottage in the historic Wrigley neighborhood that pays tribute to Long Beach’s Golden Era of Aviation through its Minimalist furnishings and décor. The house is equipped and designed with traveling families in mind. Cozy, clean, high speed internet, and a Piano for the music lovers. Having allergies, I take extra care to provide a well-maintained living environment for my guest. Each bedroom has individual temperature/ filtered control system for a good nights rest.

Studio Cottage

This is a small Studio cottage at the rear of my home. It's craftsmanesk in style with a partially open ceiling and a skylight. It's perfect for a couple or single person. There is a swimming pool but it's not heated, fine for swimming June to Oct depending on the weather, unless you are a polar bear. It's a 5 min walk to the MetroGold Line and a 10 min walk to new restaurants on Figueroa St. I have a fairly extensive cactus / succulent garden.

Walk to Gusto Bakery, Coffee Drunk, and many other cafes and restaurants. During your stay, we can give you access to bicycles upon request.

Located in the heart of Highland Park and walking distance to all the great amenities of York Blvd and just a few blocks from Figueroa and Occidental College. Downtown LA, Dodgers Stadium, Pasadena, Hollywood, Glendale and Burbank are all within a short drives reach.

Charming detached, private, Guest Cabin available in Boyle Heights/City Terrace/near freeways. It's 7 minutes to the Arts District in DTLA, and adjacent to USC Medical Ctr and Cal State LA. This is an autonomous space on a large hillside property. Wifi and cable! The cabin is already sparkling clean, but in addition I will adhere strictly to the sanitizing and safety guidelines provided by Airbnb and the CDC.
