It's located in a very tranquil neighbourhood, inside a small condo with 3 other similar houses sharing a big swimming pool. The house has a big private outdoor area with garden and BBQ facilities and... the best... a rooftop terrace with chill out area and a gorgeous sea/sunset view. The house has 2 rooms with air conditioning.

Enjoy apartment on the ground floor of 35m2 very quiet and central for the use of max. 2 pers. It has a double bed and a 2-seat sofa; a full kitchen with all kinds of kitchenware, ceramic hob, microwave, toaster, blender, sweet sweet coffee maker etc...a full bathroom with shower and PVC screen, electric heater for hot water, hair dryer. It also has a washing machine, a fridge with a freezer and a clothes rack.

The old capital, Ciutadella, is a 10-minute drive away and is full of interesting architecture, winding streets and excellent places to have lunch and go for a walk.
