Gabriela's house is very good Everything is new and thought out in detail so that the guest has everything you need. We are cooking quite a bit and we didn't miss anything. In addition, it has an industrial kitchen/oven that makes it all easier. The decoration of the house is very warm, with chairs and comfortable beds. The lighting can go from Illumado to tenue as to be quiet at night. It has a modern TV with apps to be able to watch movies/series. The weather does not accompany much but we could still enjoy the heated pool that is very good, we were in for hrs of how great it was. Next to the pool is a bathroom with shower that is good and super practical to have it next to the battery. Although the house is above Bustillo, inside the house you do not hear a soul outside, at that height it is already quieter with less traffic but it is still close to activities. A 5/10 minute walk you can access the lake to a very quiet and cute part. Don't hesitate

Gines' house is as shown in the publication. It is a very comfortable house and strategically located in Bariloche. From the house one can go quickly to all points of interest in Bariloche. In our case we had a car, in my opinion it is highly recommended to take a car or rent to drive without problems in the surroundings .

After 10 years as an AirBNB guest in various countries and cities around the world, I can conclude that this cabin was undoubtedly one of the best places I had the pleasure of visiting. Very comfortable, spacious even for others, super clean, warm, well distributed, beautiful and with an incredible and very private view of a large park behind, crowned by Bayo Hill on the horizon. The complex where it is located is very beautiful and well maintained, it has a shared club-house, accessible at all hours and with two heated pools (one for adults, another for children) at an excellent temperature and usable all year round. I was able to comfortably accommodate my family of 6 without any problem and the value for money is very good, since the cost did not seem high considering the size, amenities and quality of the service. In conclusion, communication and interaction with the host was first-class, fast and clear. We felt tremendously comfortable and would definitely stay here again!

The house is beautiful, just as seen in the photos and even better. We are a family of 4 and were more than comfortable. Some more people could be accommodated without problems. Carlos always responded quickly and the three minor needs we had were quickly resolved. I highly recommend this property and would definitely come back.

Absolute paradise. One of the most beautiful locations we have stayed. Completely private with a beautiful view on the lake. The house has everything you need for a delightful stay in nature with fire places, a well equiped kitchen and nice chill areas in- and outside. Claudio is a super host with good tips and willing to help to make the stay as perfect as can be! I can’t recommend it enough!!!

Great place and very beautiful

Florencia was a fantastic host. Available every time, and also provided very quick, and helpful recommendations. The place is amazing and the pictures do not do it justice since the views are breathtaking . The house is super comfortable and accommodated our party of 10 extremely well.. Direct access to the lake was a special treat since summer time allowed us to enjoy beautiful waters and fairytale views. The housekeeper “Hernan” was also very helpful. He was even kind enough to prepare a bonfire for us and helped us to take luggage to the airport. The daily cleaning crew was also a welcome amenity. Rosa was very knowledgeable about every corner of the house.. We would love to come back, and I highly recommend this place to anyone. Florencia, fueron unas vacaciones inolvidables. Gracias por toda la atención. La casa es realmente espectacular.

We stopped by this house in Andres and Nieves 2 times. I love it! As in a luxo hotel. Always clean and ideal. Comfortable to live, to cook and to to to rest. Very easy to communicate, check in and check out. My recommendation! Thank you Andres and Nieves!

The place is very quiet, simple and welcoming. It has all the necessary services. Layla was very friendly and I even help us get a local remis to pick us up at the airport. Keep in mind that to go from dina huapi to Bariloche in public transport goes by transport the grottoes which is a little more expensive than the normal goes up.

The stay in Scandinavian was very good, the house of normal size but very well equipped, very clean, quiet, a beautiful garden full of flowers and armchairs to enjoy. It is true that there is not much privacy with the rest of the houses, but maybe that could be fixed with curtains that cover the entire window from side to side. The entrance is narrow, our vehicle was very fair and that's why we didn't put it in the end. Access is by dirt street with some climbs, this clarification is for the times of snow or rain. In gral, the stay was very good, a very good host and I think I could come back without problems. Beautiful house inside, it had everything! I was even a Netflix user to use.

Hi, we tell you about the experience of the 7 guests. Rayentray is a very special house. You can feel the affection that its owners have put into the run of many years. On the outskirts of San Carlos de Bariloche, it is very easily accessed by Avenida Bustillo by passing the fork towards Pueblo Suizo, at the height of km 20, in the Peninsula of San Pedro. This is the entire property and the very well-kept area, it has many amenities, for daily family life, board games, a very nice space in the great 'bohardilla', which in turn has a nice library with good books that we knew how to take advantage of, even a 'footballer' that was going very well with the climate of World Cup that we have to live. The atmosphere is very warm, a kitchen full of 'spices' with which to season the 'attempts' of local dishes, aided by a Patagonian recipe book, a very cozy 'living room' with a window with a fantastic view towards the lake that lets you see 'Victoria Island' and a snowy mountain, and other beautiful views that are also achieved from all rooms. Very well heated, it also has a belle stove in the 'living room' and availability of dry firewood. It has an additional room with bathroom, heated, adjacent to the house and a beautiful grillero overlooking the lake that for weather reasons we could not take advantage of to make a ‘good asado‘, which will be left for the next one. The ‘downhill’ to Lake Nahuel Huapi that counts the house is spectacular, as well as the landscape from the lake, with a path lined with vegetation and ‘Arrayanes’. The morning walks through the San Pedro Peninsula were very enjoyable. Juan Miguel was very friendly and was available when we needed him, the contact person locally is Monica and her family, who were very friendly and available at all times. Totally recommended, they wanted to stay in the house instead of getting to know Bariloche and its environs, I hope we can come back!

The house is big, comfortable, clean and cozy, we had the best time there the 4 of us. The owner is very nice and helped us with finding entertainment for the kids and us. The house is in a private location but close to supermarkets and restaurants. Thank you so much!!

The house is absolutely beautiful, pleasant to live in and very peaceful. We had a wonderful stay and we felt very much in the house! The proximity to LLao LLao Park is very nice because there are plenty of hikes! The house is very well equipped which was very appreciated! The accommodation is very comfortable, with good distribution of the spaces - kitchen, dining room with a deck up and the rooms below - and well equipped. Although it has no direct exit to the lake, it has a very good view and is located a few meters from the descent to the public beach. It has supply (warehouse, greenery) 3 km away which makes it accessible both on foot and by vehicle. The hosts are great and very attentive, and very quick to respond to messages. The wifi works great and there is a smart TV with several streaming apps. The condition of the furniture , sheets and towels and kitchen equipment are in very good condition. The only observation is that the rooms are glued and the wall between the rooms is thin.

The cottage is located in a very quiet neighborhood, ideal if you want to rest. It is important to have a vehicle since the center and other attractions are further away. It has everything you need to spend a few days in peace. The property has a beautiful and well-kept garden. Laureano was always in touch with me, and he is very friendly.
