The apartment is the same as in the photos and impeccable. Gema responded everything and was very willing. Downtown is approx 6 min by car so it's close to getting around by car or taxi. The sofa bed is very comfortable. I recommend it.

We didn't hear any annoying noise from some other apartment and the location is ideal for going out to the lake in the mornings. A perfect place to stay whilst visiting Pucon - Rosalba's place was cosy, clean and well-equipped! It's about 30 min walk from the centre of town, but that means it's very peaceful too, and was no issue at all for exploring. Would stay here again if visiting Pucon!
