Un lugar muy tranquilo, seguro y con una vibra de paz. Cerca de cualquier centro comercial y muy fácil de llegar. Tiene todos los servicios y además encontramos todo limpio y organizado. El anfitrión siempre fue amable y respondía muy breve a los mensajes. Definitivamente una gran opción para regresar cuando visitemos Guayaquil. :D

Fernando doesn’t only have a good value for money Airbnb, but he takes hospitality to another level. He took me out for a ride to explain everything about his city, we visited hotspots and even he had contacts to go into an army base to see the largest bamboo trees I’ve ever seen. The area was safe and the people who live in the neighbourhood are super friendly. It’s considered an unsafe city but I never felt unsafe with Fernando. I travel by motorbike and I’m happy I’ve chosen this place to stop as a layover. Highly recommend this place and suitable for groups and solo travellers.

Paola's place is great. The location is wonderful. Very private and peaceful. It is a great escape from the city crowd. Also, the location is very safe, and the amenities were great. The jacuzzi was amazing after a long day doing different things in the city. Will be back for sure.
