Luxurious home secluded location with rural views

The Lodge is a newly renovated property. It is completely self contained with its own screened patio area. The living space is open plan with a large kitchen, table and chairs, two sofas and a satellite TV. The bedroom downstairs can be made as a kingsize bed or two singles depending on requirements. This bedroom has an en-suite shower room. Upstairs there is a kingsize bedroom with a Velux window and a luxurious bathroom with a beautiful round window. The Lodge is a 5 min drive to the beach.

Charlestown Cornwall amazing Sea view 2 bedroom

Salamander all rooms have wonderful views of the beach and bay.Charlestown has been the setting for many films including Poldark and many more Take a few steps up to Salamander and then you will find all on one level Lounge with fantastic views .Gas log effect fire .Go through to the wonderful dining/kitchen area with views out the sea.Master bedroom has a 5ft bed with uninterupted views of the sea.Bedroom two has two single beds Rare on site parking for small boat parking for one car only

Unique and perfectly situated coastal retreat

Unwind and relax in this historic gem of a home. There has been a mill on this site since 1298 and in 2019 we completely refurbished the current 18th century milll to a very high standard to ensure a truly comfortable and magical getaway. You'll be surrounded by trees, bird song and the constant sound of running water and the sight of our resident heron by the waterfall. The mill lies in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in Daphne du Maurier country, on the Fowey estuary.

Little Lea is a cosy, newly renovated studio apartment, with a mezzanine level double bed, compact kitchenette, bathroom with shower and free parking. A 7-8 minute walk down the hill will get you to the centre of the historical town of Lostwithiel where there are a variety of independent shops, pubs, restaurants, cafes and a small supermarket and the beautiful River Fowey. Lostwithiel Railway Station is a 5 minute walk, and is on the mainline from London to Penzance.

The Annex, Small Double Bed, Parking, Quiet.

The Annex is a private, self contained space adjoined to the rear of our house. It has it's own parking space, a small double bed (190cm length bed wall to wall), shower room and private outdoor seating area. The main train line is 5 minutes walk from The Annex. Lostwithiel also has a selection of pubs, restaurants, Indian and Chinese takeaways, independent shops, riverside and woodland walks all within walking distance. The Eden Project is a 10 minute drive away.

The Lugger is a stunning property completed in 2023. Situated up a private bumpy lane, once through the gates you will be free from the hustle and bustle and a lovely quiet space awaits you with off road parking and a sunny patio. It is located at the bottom of our garden, but has separate pedestrian and vehicular access. Only a 5 minute walk into Wadebridge and Camel Trail, the town boasts some lovely independent shops, restaurants, bars and bike hire.
