Independent studio, on the ground floor of a detached house, with equipped kitchen (fridge, coffee maker, washing machine, microwave, oven, induction stove), large bathroom (Italian shower), new bedding (April 2024). Located in a very quiet cul-de-sac, 10-minute walk to the center of Figeac. Free shuttle 100 m away. Free enclosed parking on site. Well-behaved pets are welcome.
