Lotzorai, in Ogliastra, on the east-middle coast of Sardinia. A new first floor apartment furnished and just 800 meters from the sandy beach. Comprising one double bedroom, one twin bedroom, kitchen - dining area, bathroom and veranda. Equipped with everything you need for a holiday, it has parking, communal washing machine with another apartment, oven, TV and air conditioning. Present the veranda with table and chairs for eating outside. The house is in a quiet area of the village, surrounded by a few houses. The country is small, but with the main services such as supermarket, Bancomat, post office, pharmacy,etc. The sandy beach of Lido delle Rose is a few hundred meters, but in a car or bikes are easy to reach places south of Tortoli and S. Maria Navarrese to the north. Several activities in the area: hiking, climbing, trekking, boat trips in the Gulf of Orosei and much more. Distance from Cagliari: 1 hour and 30 minutes and from Olbia 2 hours.

La mia casa si trova a 50 m. dall'antica torre saracena che si affaccia sulle acque cristalline che caratterizzano tutta la costa ; a pochi metri si trovano un parco giochi realizzato tra gli splendidi ulivi secolari , diversi ristoranti , bar , gelaterie , negozi , bancomat e spiaggia... La mia casa è adatto a coppie che cercano un po'di tranquillità ,ad avventurieri solitari che amano la natura , a chi viaggia per lavoro e famiglie (con bambini). La casa si trova inoltre a dieci minuti di macchina da Baunei per chi vuole cimentarsi con scalate ed escursioni nelle bellissime montagne .

Situata a Baunei, l'appartamento di Serafina è ospitato in un antico edificio in pietra, appena ristrutturato nel rispetto dei canoni architettonici e con l'utilizzo dei materiali delle antiche case Baunesi. L'appartamento situato al primo piano presenta 1 camera da letto, un bagno privato, una cucina soggiorno attrezzata e una veranda da cui si ammira un panorama mozzafiato di tutta la valle e delle montagne. La casa è perfetta per ogni stagione, nei mesi estivi per la sua vicinanza al mare e per la sua vista meravigliosa, per nuotare e prendere il sole, in autunno e inverno, per le escursioni, l'arrampicata e le visite archeologiche. Buon cibo e ottimo vino rallegreranno la permanenza in qualsiasi stagione. L'aria condizionata è in ogni stanza da letto e il soggiorno ha una bella stufa a pellets. In terrazzo, grazie al Wi-Fi, si potrà navigare su internet, per svago o per lavoro, con vista mare.

Nel seminterrato un ambiente (no finestre) con letto matrimoniale, un piccolo divano e un bagno completo. Al 1° piano abbiamo un ambiente con cucina, una stufa a legna (solo decorativa), un divano letto per 2 persone, balcone e bagno completo. Infine in terrazza abbiamo arredi da esterno sotto un gazebo e un grill in muratura.
