Wake up to the stunning panoramic views over Glencolmcille Village, Glen Head and the Atlantic Ocean that are simply unforgettable.Glencolmcille village is only a ten minute walk and has a shop with fuel pumps, two pubs one serving lovely home cooked food,a cafe , post office and restaurant . Close to Glencolmcille beach and the folk village. The Slieve League cliffs and the silver strand beach are a 15 minute drive away. We have an EV charger.

The property is located at the mouth of the river Erne overlooking the estuary with sea and country garden views. Walking accessibility to all amenities.

The Town has everything that visitors require i.e. Restaurants, Entertainment, walks & tours of surrounding areas. A good base to explore the Wild Atlantic Way. Check in time is 4pm to 7pm. Bridget's- Donegal Town

Bridget's is a little two story cottage right beside our main house. It has two bedrooms; a double room on the ground floor and a twin room on the first floor. It has a spacious kitchen which has all the amenities guests should need during their stay. The bathroom is on the ground floor and has a shower. Lastly the cosy sitting room is to the front of the house and is the perfect place to relax and enjoy your stay. Bridget's is 1 mile (1.8km) from the centre of Donegal Town.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Dooey Hill Cottage is nestled on the hillside by Dooey beach with Atlantic views, overlooking beautiful Traigheana bay (Bay of the Birds) and the mountains of Donegal. It is on 6 acres including shoreline, secluded yet only 5 minutes drive to local shops and pubs with traditional music and food, and a further 10 minutes to the town of Dungloe with several supermarkets, a bank and numerous traditional pubs and restaurants.
