Winifred is a Georgian 2 bedroomed mid terrace cottage located a 3 minute walk from Gorleston's beautiful award winning beach.The cottage has been completely refurbished to a high standard. Sleeps up to 3 comfortably. The ground floor has a large lounge with smart TV and access to a rear courtyard through the dining room. Upstairs there is a large double bedroom, cosy single bedroom and modern bathroom with bath/shower. Note stairs are steep. Free public car park 50m away.

Annex in the Woods on the Broads

Ours is a quirky home, with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms a lounge (with wood burner)and kitchen diner. The Annex is nestled in the woods conveniently located for the broads, Beccles, Lowestoft and Great Yarmouth. Our closest beach, Gorleston is a 10 minute drive away. In a very peaceful setting, we hope you will be able to unwind and relax. The Annex can be arranged as 2 superking bedrooms, or 1 superking and 1 twin. With your own entrance you will be totally independent.

The Folly

Join us at The Folly your cosy woodland retreat, complete with log burner and central heating. There's plenty to see and do with access on foot to the local woodland and beach walks. Pleasurewood Hills is also only a short walk away. Keep an eye out when you boil the kettle you just might see a wild Muntjac deer pass by....or hear the hoot of an Owl as you fall asleep. Please note that during the season, you can hear Pleasurewood Hills between 9am to 5pm.
