It is the perfect place for families, business and couples to discover beautiful Vienna. The apartment offers light-flooded living areas, a fully equipped kitchen and a small outdoor patio, an infrared sauna, high speed wifi, Smart TV and a workplace are a matter of course. The city center, shopping streets, transport and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity.

The whole group will be comfortable in this spacious and charming space. A beautiful house made of pure wood close to the Semmering and Stuhleck ski resorts, close to the Schneeberg and Rax hiking areas. Bicycles are available free of charge.

Rural Retreat with all comfort

This 100 year old wooden house is surrounded on 3 sides by forest and offers a wonderful view of the Rax. The south-facing, sunny view extends from the Rax to the Preiner Gschaid. The house has a heating with two Swedish stoves, which are able to heat the entire house. A modern kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator (with freezer) and induction cooker completes the basic equipment. A wonderful place to relax and enjoy nature.

Unique Treehouse + whirlpool tub + Infrared cabin

Fulfill a childhood dream – the overnight stay in the tree house between the treetops is unique, cozy and offers great views of the Kremstal. The Imbach tree house can comfortably accommodate two people. Two more people can sleep on the sofa bed. From the property, you can easily set off on a variety of excursions: to the Wachau, to Krems or to the Waldviertel. But the capital city of Vienna is also just an hour away.

Our old, former farmhouse is located in Burgschleinitz, a pretty village with a medieval moated castle, Romanesque church, Gothic ossuary and lots of nature between the forest and wine district near Eggenburg. Bicycles, e-bikes, canoes, kayaks, fireplace, grill, sand playground, table tennis and sauna. And Josephsbrot, perhaps the best bakery in Austria with a cafe. We look forward to it! Relax in this perfect SUITE, sit back and relax in this quiet, stylish space. The property is located in the middle of Krems. 500m from the train station and 400m from Krems city center. There are plenty of shopping options nearby. Free parking is available in front of the property, diagonally opposite, and around the green island. 5G Wi-Fi!!! Plus a bicycle storage space in the courtyard.

The Kernalm is located in one of the most forested areas in Upper Austria at 1000 m above sea level. Here you can also enjoy the feel-good climate in summer.
