Big Sunny Room in Huge DUMBO Loft

I've had quite a few guests who are Airbnb veterans but never booked a shared space before. (The guest room is private; the rest of the loft is shared.) None of them have ever been disappointed. I live alone and the guest room and my bedroom are at opposite ends of an enormous space so there's a real feeling of privacy. You're also not going to have the all too common experience of finding the place a mess when you arrive or discovering that it looks nothing like the pictures.

It's on a quiet beautiful block in the East Village of Manhattan. It’s also in the back of the building away from the street so it’s very quiet. Windows looked over green courtyard. Quiet. The bohemian, hip and young East Village is an historic and vibrant area of Manhattan filled with art, music, bars, cafes, museums, nightlife, and so much more. We strongly encourage all of our guests to learn as much as possible about this amazing neighborhoods colorful past and present.

Located in the East Village, our private guest suite located within our apartment has tons of light and a true city feeling. The 135sqft space is newly renovated and has a modern full bathroom. Enjoy a nespresso vertuo coffee maker, tea kettle, mini-fridge stocked with complimentary snacks, yogurt, whole milk, granola (no stove/microwave). Close to major subway lines and Citi Bike stations! 4th floor walk-up.

This is a quintessential 1 bedroom with everything you need to experience what it's like to live in Downtown Manhattan. The flat includes a full size kitchen and bathroom as well as a very comfortable full size bed with premium sheets. Bath towels are also available upon request.

This cast-iron landmark building is located at the corner intersection of Broadway and Canal street, within walking distance to several NYC neighborhoods (SoHo, Chinatown, TriBeCa, Little Italy, and NYU campus). To get to other city areas, the Canal Street station is right in front of the building entrance for the N, Q, R, J, and 6 subway trains.

Cozy room in a big apartment in a historic neighborhood! Clinton Hill has a real neighborhood feel. It's relaxed, charming and feels like home immediately. Its a vibrant, diverse place that has so much to do without a lot of hyper activity. I have a friendly cat named Digi that lives in the apartment as well.
