Overlooking a golf practice green, it is two doors from a direct bus to Manly Wharf 10 minutes away. It's a level 10-minute cycle to Queenscliff along a shared cycle way and 10-minute walk to an express bus with just 4 stops to Sydney CBD. A public golf course & playing fields are across the road.

It is a great spot if you're looking to get away to the Northern Beaches for a few days or work remotely at beach-side location. The Bus stop is beside the house for City Express (Approx 1 hr) or Mona Vale for B1 and Manly connections. Keynote: this is a self-contained separate studio attached to the main house, we are close to Barrenjoey road and there is traffic noise.

The Fish Shack (Private Path to Beach)

A stylish little studio called 'The Fish Shack'. The studio's sliding doors open onto a pretty garden. We are not beachfront but have a private path which leads directly onto Clareville Beach. The swimming is great and the sunsets are beautiful. The Fish Shack has a comfy queen bed, great shower, yummy linen, towels and wifi! There isn't a kitchen but there is a fridge, toaster, kettle, coffee plunger, juicer.
