Geldeston is a glorious place to be and enjoyed by many visitors. The village is on the river Waveney with lots of places to access the river, very popular with walkers, cyclists and boaters. Buxton village is located on the River Bure, perfect for fishing, canoeing, paddle boarding, dog walking and watching the local wildlife.

Come and relax at this countryside coastal retreat. We are a 5 minute walk to the nature reserve Lound Lakes, 1 mile from the golden sands of Gorleston-on-Sea and close to the Norfolk Broads. We offer a comfortable UK king size. Double doors lead to a small courtyard garden which has sun afternoon and evening. Kitchen facilities are available - induction hob/ microwave. The Stables is a detached self-contained annexe close to the Norfolk Broads National Park. The contemporary space has recently undergone extensive restoration and comfortably accommodates up to 4 people. The old hayloft upstairs has a king size bed and en suite shower room and the downstairs space has a queen size sofa bed, large TV and wifi. A cot, single bed and high chair are available on request.
