Możliwość korzystania z prywatnej biblioteki w części domu, którą zamieszkują gospodarze. Łąka jest naturalnym środowiskiem dzikich zwierząt. Taras (miejsce obiadowe i wypoczynkowe) służy także do obserwacji przyrody. Obok domu stary sad (hamaki) słoneczne i zacienione miejsca dla szukających spokoju. Duża kuchnia. Jedna łazienka, prysznic.
