We are located in the picturesque and wild environment of a foothill village in the north of Bohemia. We are relatively high, so from the meadow behind the barn we can see the Krkonoše Mountains and the Jizera Mountains. The accommodation is in a garden house, which seems to be a model of minimalism - on an area of 3.5x5 m you can use the common room, shower, bedroom, sauna, sauna for 4 people and toilet. The house is heated by a wood stove, we will provide heating before arrival, you will be responsible for adding wood. I hope you like it here.

Water King is a houseboat for 7 people. Available as a floating home until November 30, 2025, and from April 2026, weather permitting. Rentals are available only on a residential basis, with no floating allowed during the December-March period. Lower prices apply during this time. The house is moored in front of a small marina, which is located in a village on the 275th kilometer of the Oder River in Uraz, 20 km from Wrocław. The marina is quiet and peaceful. The marina has a pizzeria, a fish fryer and a bar overlooking the water. The rental price includes a rowboat or kayak with a small electric motor for communication with the mainland. Important!! There is no access from the land side. Check-in by motor boat or kayak.
