On Lake Skrzetuszewskie, next to the Lednickie Fields - a meeting place for the youth of Lednica 2000; with access to a private beach on Lake Lednica, kayak rentals, campfires. 7 km to Ostrów Lednicki - the place of baptism of Mieszko I and Dobrawa; 15 km to Gniezno. The apartment is located 11 minutes by car from Gniezno Market Square in the southern part of the city on the exit route to Witkowo or Wrześno. There are two apartments in the building, one on the ground floor with a separate entrance from the garden and the other on the first floor also with a separate entrance from the front of the building.

In the immediate vicinity there is the Zielonka Forest, ideal for walking or cycling in the surrounding nature.
