Apartment holiday rentals in Lucban

We had a wonderful two-night stay in Lucban during the holy week. The home was located centrally so it was walkable to most establishments especially the church. The amenities were clean and complete. My only issue was the fairly small size of the bathroom. It was somehow difficult to defecate and take a bath. Overall, it was a good deal!

Great place. Responsive host.

The host, Ms. April is very responsive. Instructions provided are accurate. She is kind and considerate. Ms. Nini, the one who welcomed us, is very accommodating, bubbly and always smiling. The room is clean and tidy and so is the bathroom. It's comfortable and cozy. It's near SM Lucena. Easy tricycle transport. There are stores outside the premise, walking distance, where you can buy merienda or full meals. There's a bakery and a salon in the building too. It's more than what we expected considering the rate. It's definitely great value for money.

Location was convenient. The place was clean and well maintained. Spacious for two persons. The bed was really comfortable to sleep in, as well. We were also able to cook our desired meals, thanks to the kitchen. Had all we need, would definitely book again next time.

DCEA is our place to be when we do our bicol trips. The host is very friendly and responsive. Place is very near SM city Lucena where you walk around during your stay. Thank you for hosting us once again.

Communicating with Doc Dana was fast, she’s welcoming and answers thoroughly. We booked for 3 nights and were greeted by Gina and Jam, both very kind. The room was clean, with two queen beds and hotel-like sheets. The kitchen had everything we needed. We enjoyed chatting with Sir Patrick (owner), who introduced us to Kuya Danny and his grandkids Jerome and Renz for a fairly priced boat ride. We visited Kwebang Lampas and crystal-clear beaches like Talisay - fishes everywhere! Renz even found a big starfish for a photo. You can request meals from their menu; Ms. Ruth is super accommodating. We also dined at Silangang Nayon, just 5 mins away. Our last night was videoke night, quiet hours start at 10pm, which is fair. We loved the game room (pool, table tennis, dominoes) and the spacious patio with an ocean view. Perfect for a fun and relaxing family trip!

Great airbnb and great host! Rooms were clean; gallon of drinking water and toiletries were provided. Caretaker was courteous and accommodating and the place was not really hard to find. Overall, great stay! 😊

Very peaceful, clean, relaxing, beautiful hotel suite. All the small details are there and Great longanisa breakfast and other Filipino food downstairs. Husband and wife team amazing. Would stay again if in lucena city

It's so hard to find a decent airbnb in Philippine provinces, so this place is a gem!! The host and caretakers were so kind. We also had a free breakfast included. Very happy overall considering the price as well. Will book again if we visit Lucena.

Second time to stay at Meg’s place. Experience is as good as the first. Highly recommended and I will be back for sure.

It was a great place to stay. Near from restaurants and Kamay ni Hesus. Quiet place. The host is very proactive like she literally called me may times to confirm my appointment and instructed me well on how to go to the place. The problem is that the room has smelly odor, like the smell of a room which were not used for a long time. There is plastic trash in the basin, like a plastic from ice candy. The TV is not working. Only one electric fan (wall fan) in the room and none in the kitchen/dining room. Visible dirts on the paints on the wall. But overall its worth the price since it is near to my destinations.

This is essentially a 4th floor penthouse style place. 100% private (no shared space). Overlooks Mt Banahaw, which was shrouded in clouds the entire time of our visit, but were it blue sky weather would've been front row seats. Street parking is possible right outside. Hot water shower works well which is good because the temperature is regularly cool - expect 1°C less than Tagaytay temperatures. The nearby convenience of shops, resto's & cafes was the best. There is a Belgium Waffle House - so recommend!! Under the accommodation is a burger & chicken wings shop. Get the Spicy Chicken wings - masarap x100%.

It's a nice place and the host has been accomodating! It's near a hobby shop and if you're a fan of anime, esp pokemon, you're ought to but lots of souvenirs for yourself. The place is clean and peaceful, I loved the temparature of the room and it's been a fun stay for me with how accessible the places are. kudos to the host as well! I accidentally left my watch but they instantly called me back to retrieve it. Thank you and I'm hoping to stay there again soon. ^^
