We invite you to a comfortable, year-round cottage in Masuria – ideal for families and people looking for peace and quiet and relaxation close to nature. Treat yourself to rest and quiet. We invite you to the magical village of Łajs, on the border of Warmia and Mazury, among forests and lakes. There are 3 forest roads leading to Łajs. There is no asphalt, no shop, no bar. Here you will be enchanted by the hum of the forest, sunsets over the lakes, clean water and something you will not find anywhere else. This place deserved only beautiful houses with dreams and pines around. Sąsny is a family work. The houses fit into the local architecture while guaranteeing comfort and convenience.

A new, bright house (140 sqm) in the heart of green Warmia. The house is located on a 2500 sqm plot, with picturesque views of hills and forests. The property is located in the village of Ruś, 7 km from Olsztyn, on a hill, in the vicinity of several houses. Spacious living room, kitchen, fireplace, sauna, large, bright terrace, barbecue, large garden, swings, hammocks, table tennis. The house has four bedrooms that can accommodate up to 11 people (3+3+3+2). Two bathrooms (each with a toilet and shower) and an additional toilet.

For active people, there is a tennis court, a football field and a basketball hoop (schedule of use available on site).

Beyond a luxurious and tranquil environment, the property provides plenty of outdoor activities, including: fishing, swimming, hiking, biking and kayaking.

Lelkowo is located near the Green Velo bicycle trail, which attracts lovers of active cycling recreation.
