We had an amazing stay at Eileen’s place! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and at home. The homestay is incredibly spacious, with large rooms and plenty of natural light. The living area was cozy, and the bedrooms were more than comfortable, with ample space to spread out. We highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Miri. We would definitely stay here again!

The place is very spacious and located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood, making it ideal for large family gatherings. The house offers plenty of room for everyone to feel comfortable, and the parking area can accommodate up to four cars, which is very convenient for groups traveling with multiple vehicles. The provided manual is clear and easy to follow, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free self-check-in process. For those planning to order a lot of takeout or delivery food, it’s a good idea to bring extra plastic bags for trash to help manage waste during your stay. The security guard at the gate is friendly and welcoming, which adds to the overall sense of safety and comfort. While this isn’t directly related to the house, it’s highly recommended to use the road with the bridge to reach the location, as the beachside road can become dangerous at night during high tide. Ms Tan was very communicative throughout our stay. I am a Miri resident, but relocated to Singapore for work purpose. As it was my wedding, I had to look for an affordable accommodation for my relatives from overseas. The stay was very comfortable and Ms Tan was very helpful whenever things are not in perfect shape. She personally came over to fix the water heater problem and also replaced the kettle as the handle was broken. The door knob to one of the bedrooms was also fixed promptly. Overall, it was a good experience and would definitely recommend this unit to anyone.

This place was nice to check-in to. It's slightly further away from the city centre or any commerical areas but it's in a very good neighborhood with securities as well. The host managed to get the place ready on-time when I made a last minute booking. However, the only issue with the place is the lack of WiFi as the telecom that I was using, Digi, does not have a strong network connection in that area.

Nice place to stay. Its very new, clean, spacious in every area(kitchen, rooms, living room, carpark). The most important thing, is the host is very friendly and helpful. I recommend you to stay here if you have big family vacation. Thank you host! I choose the right one. Definitely will stay again next time.
