Cladirea este noua, cu etaj, iar la parter se afla livingul cu bucatarie. Oaspetii au la dispozitie o bucatarie comuna si acces la gratarul amenajat in curte. Pentru cazare sunt amenajate 6 dormitoare din care 4 matrioniale si 2 cu cate 2 paturi single, cu tot confortul necesar turistului aflat in tranzit: parcare, baie cu dus in camera, tv, internet wireless, etc.
