Holiday rentals with beach access in Lupon

It was a quiet and cozy little condo. I would recommend this place to friends and family.

The host is proactively communicates. Friendly and the place was really great and peaceful. Will diff still rent this place when I comeback.

Seawind Condominium is very quite and good for relaxing place. Me and my friend have an amazing stay into ma'am Flor's unit. The place looks exactly like on the pictures and everything described is absolutely accurate. We have everything we may need for short long stay, including washing machine (which is not very common to see and a very nice touch). There amazing swimming pool, also ferry for Samal island is around 10 mins walk. Can recommend the place and the host with both hands up. Excellent value for the money. I will definitely book again if available on my next visits in Davao.

As a foreigner with a fillipino partner we were greeted so respectfully from the first moment and were shown around the unit. All questions were answered immediately and clearly. The place was spotlessly clean and very inviting. The breathless views and beach at your back door was the highlight. it's our 2nd time here in this cozy house,they have there own solar panels Incase there's a sudden brown out. Very accommodating and responsive as well .

I’d love to come back in the future this was A amazing view for the price of 50$ usd a night it’s amazing !! Clear instructions and the owner met us to take to the beach house !!

We had a pleasant holiday in Joan's house. The apartment is very nice, the kitchenette equipped with pots and appliances. The larger bedroom is very spacious, bright and quiet. The view from the balcony is very beautiful, you can see the sea which is not very far away and beautiful tropical vegetation. The swimming pool is not very large but is perfect for spending pleasant and refreshing moments. Joan, our host, is very nice and above all very helpful and attentive to the needs of her guests. We will definitely return to Samal to Joan's house.

Sebastian's place was absolutely breathtaking from the moment we arrived. The beautiful flowers that arched over the entrance, the unique rock walls of the home, and the open doors that led the eyes to the pool and then to the beautiful ocean ahead were all so picturesque that it almost felt like a dream. We loved the cozy spots around the property, the hammocks overlooking the ocean and the large poufs specifically were crowd favorites. The long table was also a central spot for good talks, laughs, and many memories. A special shoutout to Doods, who made our stay even better. He was so helpful, being our driver, helping us with our luggage, and generally being our guide around the place, making sure we were comfortable. One of my favorite memories was rediscovering sungka, a game I hadn’t played in years. It was the perfect way to wind down after a day of sun and sea. Overall, Mansud Shores felt more like returning to a (more luxurious) home. Warm, comfortable, and welcoming.

We held a company retreat here and it was excellent. Beautiful home, and lots of fun extras. Karaoke was a hit, although it was a little glitchy. Pool table was a great touch. Pool was beautiful, but we did need to skim it before using. We lost power, which is a normal occurrence. Though the generator did not end up working for us. Overall do not hesitate, one of the nicest spots on Samal.

5 stars for everything! They were responsive from the start, recommended places and booked the tour for us as well. The place was clean and has everything we needed, easy to walk to from the barge with clear instructions. would definitely stay there again next time Thank you ms lalaine, ms nina!

Karla and team are friendly and easy to deal with. They are very responsive as well. Their place has stable internet connection and is close to the beach! Good for working remotely. Just make sure you rent a car/motorcycle to conveniently tour around the city. Had a wonderful stay in Mati and will definitely book with them again.

I admired Sir Adrian's home for its cozy interior and perfect color combination that exudes comfort. When I saw it on the Airbnb app, I booked it right away. In my entire condo-renting experience, this is by far the best accomodation I've ever had. The place is way beyond your expectation. It's cozy, and clean and literally a home far away from home 🫰The best choice esp for those who wants home cooked meals. They have all the things you need when cooking. Great value for the price po yung condo, and communication with the host is always quick and easy. She was able to accommodate our late check-in which I really appreciate.
