Your stay at Cayuco 9 begins with a transfer from Punta Cana’s international airport to the villa, where you’ll be welcomed by a fruit basket and a private check-in. A housekeeper and butler will be on hand during your holiday to see to your needs. You’ll want to spend most of your time in the outdoor entertaining area, which features a pool with a swim-up wet bar, a hot tub, a barbecue and lounging and dining areas both shaded and sunny.

Inspired by the traditional aesthetic of the tropics, the open-air living and dining pavilions have soaring thatched roofs and polished stone floors. A built-in sectional and wicker sofas have room for the whole family, as does a dining area that seats ten. Inside the house, a cozy media room adjoins a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar and practical island layout.

All six bedrooms at Cayuco 9 have en-suite bathrooms and open to either a terrace or balcony; several also have al-fresco showers or bathtubs for a honeymoon-suite feel. There are two bedrooms with king beds, three with two queen beds each, and one room with two twin-over-full bunk beds that’s perfect for kids.

Explore the planned community of Cap Cana on the villa’s bicycle or take the golf cart to the tennis courts, clubhouse or Punta Espada Golf Club—ranked as one of the top courses in the Caribbean. Make the short drive to Caleton Beach Club or Juanillo Beach for a stroll on the sugary sand, or depart from the nearby marina on a fishing expedition.
