The space
Hidden away amongst the lush jungle greenery of Eco Golf Estate, this Costa Rican vacation villa is perfect for hosting a special, private event like a family reunion, golf trip, corporate retreat, or destination wedding. And, with the shared amenities of the Los Suenos Resort, there’s plenty to keep you and your guests busy.
Outside, the covered portion of the terrace acts as a second living room. The space is furnished with couches, lounge chairs, and an alfresco dining set. There are fans overhead to circulate the tropical breeze through the large doors leading inside. The open-concept living room features a cathedral-inspired, groin vault ceiling with an ornate chandelier suspended from its arris. Comfortable couches and eclectic works of art decorate the lounge area. In the kitchen, dark stained wood cabinetry and granite countertops give a warm and inviting vibe. The galley-style kitchen is stocked with high-end appliances, a dishwasher, ice maker, and breakfast bar. At dinner, there’s formal dining for eight, but first, head down to the wine cave to select the perfect pairing for your meal.
Casa Tropical is a gated property with twenty-four-hour security. The secluded terrace is a great spot for hosting, with plenty of space for the whole group to gather or break-off to find some privacy. There’s a swimming pool, hot tub, sound system, barbeque, swim-up bar, and alfresco dining for six outside. Over at the Los Suenos Resort, you’ll have access to their beach club, marina, restaurants, bars, and their golf course. Daily housekeeping is included as well.
If you’d like to do some off-site exploration, the town of Jaco is just a short drive down the coast. Known for its vibrant nightlife, boutique shops, and beautiful beaches, Jaco is a great place for a day-trip. Just beyond Jaco, the national parks begin. Carara National Park is a great place to see crocodiles, monkeys, and colorful tropical birds.
