A 15-foot slide connects a 2-level pool on the beachfront terrace, and the hot tub has space for up to 15 people. The waves serve as soundtrack to sunny days by the palapa bar and beach volleyball court and nights by the firepits, while a burbling water feature brings calm to a Balinese-style section of terrace.
Sweeping staircases connect the villa’s different levels, and glass walls link its more than 11,000 square feet of living space to the outdoors. Slide the walls back to let breezes flow from the Sea of Cortez through living and dining areas with classic wood-beamed ceilings and wrought-iron light fixtures. While chef service is included—be sure to ask about the villa’s signature margaritas—there is a fully equipped kitchen.
From the villa’s setting on a semi-private beach, it’s a 5-minute drive to restaurants showcasing local produce, and a 7-minute trip to a marina offering fishing, snorkeling, and more. Drive 11 minutes to galleries and restaurants in the center of San Jose del Cabo and plan a night out in the lively bars of Cabo San Lucas.
