Your holiday at the villa includes a daily gourmet breakfast, housekeeping, butler service and the use of a buggy for beach transportation. Take in the 270-degree panoramas from incredible outdoor living areas with an infinity pool, an infinity hot tub on the rooftop, lounging and dining areas, a gas barbecue and bar. Dance the night away with the help of the DJ platform and club-quality audio system, start a friendly competition around the pool table in the games room or unwind in the media room or around the three bars.
Floor-to-ceiling windows and natural textures connect the interiors of Villa Selva to its gorgeous surroundings—though there are floor-length drapes if you’d prefer to relax in private. Several sitting areas and formal dining areas offer plenty of space for the whole group to spread out; use the fully equipped kitchen to prepare meals for the crowd, or arrange for chef or catering service at extra cost.
The villa has eight bedrooms in its main house and two in a guest house; all have en-suite bathrooms and ocean views. Amenities such as mini-fridges, rain showers, balconies and desks give the bedrooms the comfort of hotel rooms, and having a separate guest house gives you the option of using it as a honeymoon-style retreat within the villa.
Perhaps the only thing better than the views from Villa Selva are the views from the tranquil stretch of Playitas Beach, only a 5-minute walk away. Though you’ll see and hear plenty of wildlife from the villa, it’s worth making the 15-minute walk to Manuel Antonio National Park, which is home to sloths, monkeys and more species of birds than you’ll be able to count. Make the 10-minute drive to Marina Pez Vela for a fishing charter or dinner at an oceanfront restaurant, or the 1-hour drive to La Iguana Golf Course if it’s just not a vacation unless you’ve teed off.
