The space
Casa Brewer is located in Las Catalinas, a beach town on Costa Rica’s Pacific coast. This home’s owner has been leading the development of Las Catalinas, so it’s kind of like living at the mayor’s house. Playa Danta is the main beach at Las Catalinas. The clear waters, warm temperatures, even surface and calm ocean bay, make it ideal for swimming, paddle boarding, kayaking, snorkeling or just relaxing in the shade and enjoying the spectacular scenery.

Casa Brewer includes ample outdoor living spaces in two covered loggias, a private courtyard garden and swimming pool. The pool itself emerges as an oasis in the center of the picturesque courtyard. When you need some down time, how about a soothing soak in the bubbles of the outdoor hot tub? The interiors of Casa Brewer feature ceiling fans and Wi-Fi access. The villa is perfect for a large family, for two families to share or for a group of friends. The house is fully staffed and an attentive concierge will make sure all your needs are met.

The interior and exterior spaces of Casa Brewer offer a laid back Mediterranean feel with a certain je ne sais quoi. The mere sight of the hanging couches on the terrace evoke peace and tranquility. Sink in with a good read! The fully equipped kitchen features a lovely center island breakfast bar. The living room offers pristine and plush white couches. The office and library space is both quaint and contemporary at once. The dining area includes a view of the pool.
