Tap in to a time of colonial grandeur at this 11-acre estate dating to 1740. Re-imagined in the 1970s by English designer Oliver Messel, open terraces with ocean views and alfresco lounging areas maintain their old-world feel, but with modern accents. Take a dip in a lagoon-like swimming pool that seems set in the middle of a jungle. Or wander concrete paths through centuries-old tropical gardens.
