The space
The home’s cheerful yellow facade contrasts beautifully with traditional wood finishings. Large, windowed doors off the terrace lead into the open living space. Left open, they bring in warm, natural light and fresh ocean breezes.

An additional wraparound porch connects the bedrooms on the home’s second floor. This one is set beneath the tree canopy, offering shade on warm afternoons. Off the master bathroom ensuite, guests will be able to spend even private moments in nature with an open-air shower.

Embrace Las Catalinas from within the home by inviting an expert local chef to prepare a full meal, or head out to explore the mountain biking trails, take paddle board trips around the cove.
