From the ocean-facing terrace, you’ll have an amazing view of beautiful St. Bart’s hillside and ocean, the perfect background for an unforgettable family vacation.
Summertime has a perfect layout to embrace the beautiful environment, and frame an amazing ocean view. Built for width, rather than depth, this seaside villa seamlessly merges the terrace and living room with large openings, making the ocean ever-present while inside. The is elegant, yet playful, with subtle ocean-inspired accent pieces and modern designer furniture. The kitchen is fully equipped with high-end stainless steel appliances, and a social wine bar that helps merge the spaces within the open concept floor plan.
At dinner, the formal dining area, with seating for ten, has a beautiful ocean view background. After, turn on the sound system, indoors or outside, and get ready or an exciting evening. On the terrace, there’s sun loungers, an outdoor living area, and a gas barbecue, all surrounding the swimming pool. Back inside, features like Wi-Fi, HD television, and Apple TV will help keep you connected, if you want.
With two bedrooms on either side of the spacious living room and two separate-entrance bedrooms below, Summertime is a perfect villa for couples on vacation together or families that desire a little extra privacy. And, each bedroom has a king-sized bed, en-suite, and at least a partial ocean view.
St. Bart’s is home to several of the world’s most beautiful beach areas, and with so much coastline, so close to home, you’ll easily be able to find your perfect beach destination. If you’d prefer calmer waters in a secluded environment, Gouverneur Beach is the place for you. If you’d prefer to enjoy the sun from a beachfront bar or club, St. Jean is a better choice. And, if it’s adventure you’re after, Anse des Cayes Beach is the favorite surf spot among locals.
