The space
From its hillside perch, Villa Lina captures picturesque views of lush coastal greenery and an endless ocean view. Lina’s three-bedroom interior is spacious enough a family or group of friends on vacation together, and its scenic terrace is private enough for a romantic honeymoon. And, although private, Lina is located quite close to the city of Gustavia, and several of St. Bart’s most famously beautiful beachfront areas.

Lina’s interior is incredibly spacious, a feature that is punctuated by its vaulted ceilings and numerous openings to the terrace and garden. In fact, the living room and terrace merge so seamlessly; they function more like one large open-air common area. The decor is elegant, yet playful, with modern designer furniture and bright accent pieces. Rich wood textures and local flora will remind you of St. Bart’s natural surroundings, while high-end electronics and eclectic works of art add a modern-luxurious touch.

Outside, the ocean-view terrace is ready to show you the best of the St. Bart’s lifestyle. With an endless sea vista, swimming pool, sun loungers, and outdoor living area, you’ll have plenty of comfortable vantage points. There’s also an alfresco shower and gas barbecue on the terrace. Back inside, Wi-Fi, HD television, and a sound system will help set the mood for unforgettable evenings and keep guests entertained and connected.

Just a few minutes away in Gustavia, you’ll have plenty of great dining and nightlife options for a romantic evening in town. There’s also boutique shops, the marina, and several adventure tourism opportunities. When it’s time to visit one St. Bart’s world famous beaches, start with St. Jean’s Beach. Easily the island most popular, St. Jean’s is lined with beachfront bars and restaurants, and luxury hotels. For a more remote getaway, Gouverneur Beach is usually less busy, and its calm, clear waters are ideal for snorkeling.
