This spectacular villa is situated in the seaside village of Stanici on the Split Riviera of Croatia, about five kilometers from historic Omiš. Perched on a thousand square meters of private estate, the modern home enjoys panoramic views of the Adriatic Sea. The villa is ideally designed and oriented for savoring the Adriatic sun and breeze, with its 35-meter swimming pool, ample terrace, and upper-level balcony adjoining the bedrooms. Enjoy dreamy hours relaxing on stylish loungers and splashing in the crystalline water with jet stream. Return from the beach in the afternoon to fire up the barbeque and relish an alfresco lunch in the cool veranda. Savor an afternoon cocktail in the bench swing and steep yourself in the hot tub for a sunset soak.

The open-plan interior is bright and spacious, with a fabulous wall painting and muslin curtains filtering the light that streams through ample windows. Luminous décor with beautiful wood touches accentuate the extraordinary natural beauty of this rugged coastline. Prepare delicious meals in the chef-grade kitchen with Bosch appliances, serving appetizers at the bar. From your private perch, you're steps from a small beach in Stanici and within walking distance of Mala Luka Beach and Rukamen Beach at Omis. Omis also offers ancient streets, vibrant dining, and the spectacular Starisgrad Fortress. Venture to Makarska to stroll its seaside promenade and experience its renowned nightlife, or embark on a rafting trip down the Cetina River.
