The space
The Villa at St. James is a gorgeous beachfront condo on the West Coast of Barbados, overlooking Paynes Bay and just minutes from outstanding nightlife, shopping, and golf. Located on the ground floor of one of the island's newest luxury developments, the villa enjoys direct access to a golden beach and spectacular ocean views from virtually every living area. Superb amenities for dining and relaxation include a private swimming pool and a gourmet kitchen serving an alfresco table. Five spacious bedroom suites with ensuite bathrooms, including a detached apartment with private living/dining area, accommodate families and groups of friends up to ten in size. Your vacation rental includes , housekeeping, a concierge, and security.

The pool extends the length of the home, inviting you to dip into its refreshing water and bask in the Caribbean sun. Lounge chairs are perched on the beach's soft sand, and the luminous waves welcome swimming and water sports. Admire the sublime sunset from the villa's outdoor lounge, and relish memorable meals in the enchanting breeze.

Wall-to-wall glass doors open from the terrace, bathing the interiors in delicious air. Soothing tones in the walls and furnishings complement the superb artwork and blue ocean vistas.

The villa is close to Sandy Lane Golf Course and about five kilometers from the famous course at Old Westmoreland. Sandy Lane Beach is just three minutes away, and the capital city of Bridgetown less than ten kilometers from your door.
