The space
This stunning estate in Palm Desert is situated just two miles from Indian Wells and eight miles from Coachella. Superbly equipped for a memorable getaway with family or friends, the 3,906-square-foot villa features an outdoor swimming pool and hot tub, bocce and volleyball courts, a putting green, a gourmet kitchen, and lovely living and dining areas both indoors an alfresco. Five ample bedrooms include four with king beds and a bunkroom for four children, accommodating ten guests in all.

The expansive estate welcomes special occasions, festive gatherings, or serene relaxation under the Southern California sky. The hot tub is perched on a pedestal surrounded by beautiful pod chairs, with steps cascading down into the sparkling pool. Plentiful lounge chairs and hammocks beckon you to bask in the desert sun, while the cool veranda inspires open-air meals and tranquil wine tastings in the mellowing afternoon. At night, the central fire pit will keep you toasty under the sublime desert stars.

The open-concept interior is cool, spacious, and superbly furnished, with doors opening gracefully to the veranda. Kindle the fireplace and watch your favorite shows in the comfortable lounge. Mix cocktails at the wet bar, shoot pool in the game room, and gather for home-cooked dinners. The light-filled kitchen is fully equipped with chef-grade appliances, with easy access to the breakfast room, main dining areas, and outdoor barbeque. Central air conditioning and heating keep you comfortable at all times.

The master suite features a king bed and a beautiful ensuite bathroom with dual vanity, walk-in shower, and stand-alone soaking tub. There are three guestrooms with king beds, one with a queen, and the bunkroom. One of the king rooms has an ensuite bathroom, while the other rooms share bathrooms in pairs. The accommodations are excellent for multiple families or destination wedding guests.

The prime location allows you to experience the diverse pleasures of the Sonoran Desert—from the world-class tennis at Indian Wells, to the extraordinary music at Coachella, to the charms and nightlife of Old Town La Quinta, to the fabulous golf at The Vintage and Shadow Mountain. Drive about twenty minutes to Palm Springs, or take a daytrip to Joshua Tree.
