This is one of the few places in the area with a pool.
The space
Situated on 73 acres of rolling estate, the fully staffed villa features a swimming pool and spa, tennis court, and 2 alfresco dining areas set amid ancient woods, olive and citrus groves, and an organic garden. Drive minutes to the "white city" of Ostuni and pristine Adriatic beaches.

The voluminous pool and 12-person hot tub inspire sun-kissed afternoons or soothing evening soaks, while the nearby pool house includes a Hammam, and changing area with shower. The enchanting central courtyard houses a Moroccan lemon grove and sitting areas, while the alfresco dining areas include a converted stable with nighttime lighting. The villa's exceptional chef and staff prepare Southern Italian delicacies with ingredients sourced from the estate and nearby farms, utilizing the outdoor barbeque and pizza oven.

The house has been beautifully restored and renovated, blending antique elements, modern amenities, and an eclectic collection of artwork spanning the centuries. The fully equipped kitchen includes a casual dining table and flows into a small breakfast nook, while the main dining area has the feel of a rustic restaurant.

There are four suites with king beds and ensuite bathrooms, as well as a king guestroom and a kids' room with bunk beds, both of which have access to hallway bathrooms. Several of the rooms open to the terrace or gardens, and the master enjoys a private entrance. Air conditioning and heating ensuite comfort in all seasons.

           Drive 5 kilometers for the artistic treasures of Ostuni, and 14 kilometers to the beach at Baia di Camerini. The pristine beauty of coastal Puglia abides in the extraordinary Parco Naturale Regionale Dune Costiere da Torre Canne a Torre San Leonardo.
