The space
Loungers sit like sculptures on the pool’s tanning shelf at this fully staffed beachfront estate on Turks and Caicos. The home feels like part of the landscape: its sleek white patio seems to trail off into the white sand, while its glass front makes the views of sea and sky feel like oversized artwork. Just follow the pavers toward the water, and you’re on top-rated Grace Bay Beach.
The infinity pool and hot tub make the villa’s private terrace feel like the patio at a luxury resort. But you should go beyond and explore the bay, too, with the help of the provided kayaks, paddleboards, snorkel gear, and pedal boat. After a day of playing in the water, unwind with a family movie night in the home theater.
This vacation rental has nearly 12,000 square feet of space—and nearly all of it has ocean views. The centerpiece is a double-height living room whose walls fold open to the terrace. It’s backed by a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen, both in cool tones of white and gray that make the turquoise ocean outside seem that much more vivid.
The villa is tucked away in the Bight Settlement, a historic neighborhood that’s a quiet residential area today. But you can stroll down the beach to resorts, restaurants, and more along Grace Bay, and drive a few minutes to easy-to-snorkel Smith’s Reef and hidden-away Babalua Beach.
