Located on a private farm with exclusive access, 20 minutes from Alexania-Go, the house accommodates 28 people. The house is very large and has 3 en-suites and 6 bedrooms. The main house has an integrated living room and kitchen, 3 bedrooms on the second floor (2 suites and one with bunk beds) and, in the third, TV room and leisure area with jacuzzi. On the ground floor: swimming pool, playground, sandfield, sun loungers and fireplace. Chalé with 2 suites and simpler finish. All rooms are air-conditioned. Parking for up to 7 cars.

Simple ranch within a condominium, close to Lake Corumbá IV, ideal for relaxing with family or friends. It has a heated pool, barbecue, dishwasher and spacious outdoor area.
