On the territory: covered pavilion with barbecue oven, parking for 3 parking spaces and a pond. There is Wi-Fi.

In winter, it is an ideal place for active skiers and snowboarders (stretch of snow in 200 meters from the house). In other seasons you can do berry picking, mushroom picking and walking.
