Spacious, well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, two living rooms, one of which with sofa bed, 2 toilets, one with shower cabin. Laundry in the basement. Next to our house is our cozy summer cottage that we rent out during the summer. It is 50 sqm, 3 rooms and kitchen with a balcony and lovely views of Gullmarn from both the terrace, kitchen and living room. The cottage has 4 beds divided into two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a family bed. WiFi is available. The living room has a TV and DVD. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, induction hob, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave and coffee maker. Bathroom with toilet and shower. Washing machine and dryer are located in the basement.

A newly built lake cottage for 4 people located right by the water's edge with your own dock, bathing ladder and boat spot for deep boat. From the living room, bedroom, balcony & jetty you look out towards Kråksundsgap, Edshultshall and Sollidshamn. There are wonderful cliffs & nature for walking and hiking. The sea around Hälleviksstrand is perfect for guests with their own boat or sea kayak. Laundry ramp is 300 m from the house. Parking is included about 150 meters from the house. Sheets, towels are included. Cleaning is available.

Welcome to a charming 18th-century house with an accompanying guest house. Enjoy the tranquility and the sea, with proximity to stunning natural surroundings of forests and mountains. The house features beautiful interior design and comfortable beds. Relax on the terrace and in the lush garden, or use the wood-fired hot tub. Villa with view tower, orangery and hot tub

Välkommen till en avkopplande semester nära hav, natur och Bohusläns rosa granitklippor. I det röda huset bor du i ett ombyggt småbåtslaboratorium med utsiktstorn. På kvällarna kan du grilla på klipporna och bada i den vedeldade badtunnan med utsikt över Brofjordens inlopp. Det är ca 15 min gång till närmsta strand och till hamnen i Skalhamn. Här bor 8 personer bekvämt och huset har alla moderna bekvämligheter som behövs för en avkopplande semester. Välkomna!
